Leonard Kirtman

Leonard Kirtman (born May 10, 1939) is a retired ***ographic director/producer. Born in Brooklyn, many of Kirtman's films were shot in the New York City area and distributed by similarly New York-based Distribpix. Kirtman was one of the first directors to prioritize production turnover in ***ography, with as many as six productions being filmed concurrently during any shooting week in the late 1960s to mid-1970s.

Kirtman retained the rights to the majority of his films through his production company Kirt Films, but had all rights transferred to Distribpix upon leaving the industry in the mid-to-late 1980s.
